Order Processing and Status
Information regarding the status of your order will be sent to you via email. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 20 minutes of placing your order, please first check your email spam filter before calling PUMA customer service. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information for your packages.
You can also check the status of your order under the "My Account" section of our web site.
Note that some items may ship from different warehouses in separate packages. Information on partial shipments will be noted on the packing slips included in each package. If you do not receive your entire order within 7-14 days, please contact PUMA customer service.
Shipping Methods and Rates
All shipments to Canada are sent via Standard (ground) shipping at a flat rate of USD 9.95. You should receive your order within 7-14 business days from the date your order is placed.
PUMA uses the DHL Global Mail service to deliver to Canadian addresses. DHL partners with Canada Post to complete the delivery.
All orders with merchandise value above USD 100 (net of discounts and promotions) qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
